Atimonan One Energy, Inc. (A1E) on March 8, 2017 formally turned over new houses to residents of SitioCarinay, Barangay Villa Ibaba.

The houses are single detached structures with an indoor bathroom, and individual septic tanks. The houses are fully connected for water and electricity.
